Pickleball General Info

Ready for Indoor Pickleball? We have you covered! Join HUB’s Indoor Pickleball programs and keep your skills in check for the Summer. Join HUB Sports Boston’s Pickleball programs this season at their brand new location, here at Starland

  • Teams will play at least four matches (best to 11) in 60 minutes
  • REC: This league is a recreational to lower intermediate skill level league that includes players ranked from 1.0 to 3.0 who want to have FUN!
  • Full teams can sign up with two (2) players; all individual players will be assigned to a team with three (3) players
  • All top teams qualify for the playoffs
  • Teams may play double headers / receive byes
  • Dri-Fit Shirts (S-XXL) (Full Teams will receive 2 shirts)
  • Matches are self refereed (no fees!) There will be a coordinator on site to take scores and answer any questions.
All league start dates and field locations are subject to change based on the supply and demand of field space and the number of registrations. HUB Sports reserves the right to adjust the league offerings as necessary.

Daytime Ladder League

Ladder format limited to 40 players. Initial court assignments function of self rating, previous league ranking (if applicable), and date of registration. Register early for best seeding.

Novices welcome!

Starland has 6 indoor courts in a climate-controlled facility with an in-house coffee shop, and indoor concession/outdoor beer garden. Players are encouraged to register for drop-in with Player Line up HERE. Bring your own balls & paddles!

Meet Coach Sylvie Franzini!

Who knew I could have fun, get exercise AND make friends? I discovered my love for pickleball and decided to teach because of the great things the sport’s brought into my life.

For beginners, I teach safety first, rules second. My focus is on developing the essential shots so players can enjoy the game and improve quickly. For more advanced players, the focus is on drilling to refine specific shots, master court positioning, and game strategies.

As of one the fastest growing sports in America, pickleball is fun at every age and skill level. What are you waiting for!
