About Program Director and Coach Dave Perdios

Dave has coached and instructed at various Colleges, High Schools, American Legion, AAU and Youth baseball programs over the past 40 years.  Coach Perdios was the founder of the former South Shore Spartans AAU baseball program.  One of the top travel baseball programs in the Northeast over a 17 year span.  Dave has contributed to over 350 player’s playing college baseball as well as 6 former players moving on to play professional.  Two making it to the big leagues.  Coach Perdios graduated from Brandeis University in 1980.  He was a two time National Baseball All-American and two time All New England selection.  He is a member of the Brandeis Hall of Fame.

About Coach Michael Kinsella

A long list of accomplishments both on and off the field include sixteen years coaching Milton Youth Softball, seven years as head coach for U18 Gold Dirt Dawgs Softball and the current coach of Lady Bay Bears U16 AAU Softball Team. As a past owner of Dirt Dawg Sports and current owner of Spartan Elite Baseball & Softball Training, Coach Mike has conducted clinics throughout the South Shore and has eight years coaching private hitting, throwing, and fielding lessons for youth, high school and college players.

About Coach John Kostas

John is a graduate of Milton High School where he was a three sport athlete (football, basketball, baseball) and captain for the baseball team in 2002. After graduating, John went on to Nichols College where he earned a degree in Business Management and was a four year starter for the baseball team. John was named captain in both his junior and senior seasons (2006, 2007) at Nichols, he was also named to the CCC All conference first team as a pitcher in 2006.

After college ball John continued playing for his summer team in the Yawkey Baseball League of Boston, the Al Thomas Athletics. He has helped develop and advance college baseball players each summer by creating a competitive summer program. He has since moved on to the Boston Park League, where he plays and manages the Boston Athletics Baseball Club. 

In addition to coaching AAU, John is the director of Milton’s Youth Recreation Baseball Program.

Indoor Batting/Pitching Tunnel available for rent! $40 per hour.

Batting, pitching, and fielding lessons available for $60 per hour.

OPEN: Friday (4-9PM) | Saturday (12-9PM) | Sunday (12-7PM)

We have six outdoor batting cages available! They are open weather permitting for $3 for 18 pitches. Give us a call to check availability! First come, first serve.
