Cape and Points South:
Take Rte 3 North to Exit 32 (Hanover). Take a left off ramp onto Rte. 53. Starland is located about two miles down on the left.
Brockton Area:
Take Rte. 123 to Rte 139 Rockland. Follow Rte. 139 until it intersects Rte. 53 at a stop light. Take a left at the light (now on 53). Starland is a 1/2 mile down on the right.
Mass Pike and Points West:
Take I-90 (Mass Pike) to Rte 128 (I-95S). From I-95 merge onto I-93 N. Merge from I-93 N to Rte 3 S. Take Exit 27 (Hanover). Take a right off the off ramp onto Rte. 53. Starland is located two miles down on the left.

Our 7-Week Beginner Basketball Program is the perfect starting point for new hoopers looking to learn, grow, and have FUN!
This program introduces young players to the game of basketball through engaging skill work, mini-games, and team-based activities that build confidence and excitement each week. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting, while also developing important habits like teamwork, sportsmanship, and effort.
Whether it’s their first time on the court or they’re still learning the basics, this program creates a positive, high-energy environment where players can fall in love with the game.
Players are grouped by age and skill level to ensure the best learning experience for everyone.

Monday Night Skills and Drills (Grades 3-4)
This 60-minute session will be focused on teaching and training the fundamentals. Athletes should come ready to work and be able to follow instructions/directions. Skills we will work on but are not limited to : passing, ball handling, pick and roll work, defensive techniques, and shooting.
40 minutes of skill work. 20 minutes of gameplay
