Monday Night Workout - Middle School & High School
Summer drop-in clinic with Coach Prochet is designed to offer serious development for athletes in grades 5 - 12 (both girls and boys).
Our comprehensive 6-week includes skill work, small game application, VertiMax training, weight lifting, shooting machine use, and live scrimmages.
Each session is focused on providing a well-rounded and impactful experience to help athletes grow. We build relationships, focus on growth which leads to victory.
Date: July 21 - Sept 1 (No class on August 11)
Time:
Middle School 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
High School 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Who: Boys & Girls, Grades 5 - 12
Cost: $40 per drop-in or $195 for all 6 weeks.

Wednesday Night Men’s Basketball League (Fall Session)
Teams are scheduled to play 8 games with additional playoff games. Games consist 4, 10 minutes quarters with running time. Two certified IAABO officials and a scorekeeper will be supplied for each game. Games begin at 9pm 10pm. The format will be as follows:
Playoff Bracket is determined by number of teams registered:
12 teams = top 8 teams make playoffs, bottom 4 teams eliminated
10 teams = top 8 teams make playoffs, bottom 2 teams eliminated
8 teams = All teams make playoffs
