Friday Night Workout Middle School & High School
Friday Night Workout w/ Coach Dana is designed to offer serious development for athletes in grades 5–12 (both girls and boys).
Our comprehensive 6-week program includes skill work, small game application, VertiMax training, weight lifting, shooting machine use, and live scrimmages.
Each session is focused on providing a well-rounded and impactful experience to help athletes grow. We build relationships, focus on growth which leads to victory.

Who: Boys & Girls, Grades 5 - 12
Time:
Middle School 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
High School 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Cost: $40 per drop-in or $195 for all 6 weeks.

Punk rock takes over the mini golf course at Starland Sportsplex! Live sets from Tommy Ready, Cheryl’s Boys, and Cold Hard Cash (a punk Johnny Cash tribute), plus a round of mini golf included with your ticket. Doors at 6, music at 7. Extra fun like go-karts & rock wall available for an additional charge.
